EXECUTIVE BOARD

The Executive Board is the backbone of Dance Marathon at YSU. Comprised of 12 Director and Manager positions as well as committees, these leaders dedicate themselves everyday to making miracles For The Kids! Applications for Directors and Managers are open! Please see the description and application below if you’re interested in a position on the Guinathon 2022-2023 Executive Team!

PARTICIPANTS

We often get the response, “I don’t dance”-but don’t worry because BAD DANCING SAVES LIVES! Participating as a “dancer” is one of the most rewarding experiences that one can have at Youngstown State University. Students dedicate to standing 10-hours in honor of those kids at the hospital who can’t.

If you’re physically unable to dance or simply dislike dancing, don’t worry! There’s something for everyone at YSUDM! You can still enjoy live entertainment, eat great sponsored food, participate in in-house fundraisers, and get to know the miracle families who are directly impacted by the donations and awareness raising efforts!

Participant registration is currently open for YSUDM23! To sign up text YSUDM to 51555.  Participants have the opportunity to create a team or join a team upon registering and are required to raise $50 in order to attend the entirety of YSUDM 2023. Registration fees are included.

Morale captains lead their color team of participants and keep them motivated and excited! We can’t wait to welcome 6 energized people to our team.

Interested in helping a Guinathon manager with their day-to-day duties? Apply to be a COMMITTEE MEMBER! With 8 managers needing committees, there’s something for everyone! Applications for committee members will be going out in the beginning of Fall semester, so follow our social media to keep an eye out!
